On our retreat we work with a mindset coach with a background in psychology to unpack exactly what’s holding you back — so the progress you make in the water sticks, and the way you think about challenge, risk and backing yourself follows you home too.

This is what makes our retreat different. You leave not just with better technique — but with a genuinely different relationship with yourself in the water. And beyond it.
